Albert J. Matter

Albert will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily management of the company and obtaining the financing required to fund the exploration programs, and for developing and executing the value recognition programs needed to optimize the share value.

Albert has 40 years of diverse experience financing both public and private companies, and structuring and negotiating transactions with particular expertise in the mining industry.  He provided corporate finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisition, and business development assistance to numerous corporations and high net worth individuals, frequently working with leading names in the Western Canadian business and investment communities. 

Successful corporate financing highlights include major projects for Consumers Distributing Ltd., CN/CP Telecom, Madison Ventures Ltd., Rea Gold Corporation, Echo Bay Mines Ltd., Russell Steel Ltd., Blackdome Mining Ltd., Southward Energy Ltd., Winspear Resources Ltd., and is one of the founding partners of National Gold Corporation, Gryphon Gold Corporation and NuLegacy Gold Corporation. 

Adrian Rothwell

Mr. Rothwell brings NuLegacy Gold a broad experience in accounting, finance, regulatory matters and corporate finance, and has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of venture mining exploration and development companies.

Dmitri (Bill) W. Tymkiw

A graduate of the University of B.C. who articled and practiced as a CA with Arthur Anderson LLP. Since 1978, he has assembled numerous operating companies and is currently the controlling shareholder and Chairman of the board of the GRIP Holdings Group Corporation, parent to a half dozen Western Canadian based companies employing more then 400 people in various active enterprises, including Bel-Par Industries (manufacturer of store fixtures and educational furniture), Brooks-Corning Co Ltd. (large office furniture vendor in British Columbia), Artek Group (general contractor and manufacturer of high quality millwork for head offices, luxury hotels and court house throughout North America), and Unicell Inc. (manufacturer of Modular Management systems for the global health care industry).

Bill has served on numerous commercial and service boards and was a founding director of National/Alamos Gold Corporation. Currently he is a director of Comwest Enterprise Corp., the Trinity Baptist Church and NuLegacy Gold Corporation.

Dave Awram

Currently Exec VP and Director of Sandstorm Resources. Previously he was the director of Investor Relations for Silver Wheaton, a Vancouver based mining company listed on the TSE and the NYSE. Prior to his role with Silver Wheaton he was manager, Investor Relations with Diamond Fields International Ltd. As both a geologist and a corporate financier David provides NuLegacy with direction in investor relations, corporate governance and finance.
